I now offer a convenient way of paying for your treatment with a 0% interest payment plan.
Who is eligible?
The payment plan is available to all customers.
How does it work?
The payment structure varies based on the total treatment cost, ensuring flexibility and convenience for all eligible customers.
- Any payment total below £350 will require an initial payment of 50% on the day of your appointment (this includes your initial booking deposit), with the remaining balance payable over flexible instalments spread over a period of up to 3 months.
- Any payment total between £350 and £500 will require an initial payment of 50% on the day of your appointment (this includes your initial booking deposit), with the remaining balance payable over flexible instalments spread over a period of up to 6 months.
- Any payment total over £1000 will require an initial payment of 25% on the day of your appointment (this includes your initial booking deposit), with the remaining balance payable over flexible instalments spread over a period of up to 6 months.
Typical example
If your treatment package cost was £1600, the cost will be spread out as follows:
- £50 initial booking deposit (before your appointment)
- £350 (during your initial appointment)
- £1200 spread over 6 monthly payments of £200
Please note
- The 48-hour cancellation policy still applies to treatments booked under the flexible payment plan.
- When booking a treatment package under the flexible payment plan, the initial appointment can be booked via the booking system where the booking deposit of £50 will be required.
- If you wish to set up a payment plan, you can request it prior to your appointment or during your visit. Any following appointments will then be entered onto the system manually with no requirement for paying a booking deposit, as this will be covered by the scheduled monthly repayments.
- You will still be required to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment as per the cancellation policy. In the event the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, an additional cancellation fee of £50 will be charged on the day the appointment was due.
